Crystal (she/her) is a mental health therapist who owns a private practice in Portland, OR specializing in work with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. She is a queer and bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who also provides mental health support to a local community organization that strives to provide radical hospitality to folks living outside, sex workers, victims of domestic violence, and folks who just need some extra help and community. Crystal obtained her undergraduate degrees in Psychology & Spanish from Niagara University and her Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College In 2017. She holds deep passion for mental health healing and advocacy work and, in addition to providing individual, couples, and group counseling, she also enjoys educating folks in group settings on different mental health topics including teen depression and suicidality, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, healthy coping, and trauma-informed care. Outside of work Crystal loves spending time with her dog and 2 cats, drinking tea with friends, playing soccer, and hanging out on the Oregon Coast with her fiancé.
